That is, unless we can change the narrative about accountability and demonstrate how accountability actually provides the gift of clarify, confidence and responsibility that leaders to higher engagement, more trust and better performance outcomes.
In this virtual workshop, participants will have the opportunity to:
- Recognize the #1 point of accountability failure (it’s unclear expectations!)
- Identify the four levels of responsibility (and evaluate which is most appropriate for a given task)
- Apply the Magic Accountability Formula (who + what + when + follow-up + agreement)
- Evaluate accountability examples (both positive and negative)
- Assess leading accountability effectiveness
- Activity: Identify individual accountability leadership opportunity & complete an action plan
