Leading Change Workshop Overview – 2 min

Did you know that, according to Gallup, 70% of all change efforts fail? But the reason isn’t poor strategy – it’s human error: poor change leadership. But the need for strong change leadership will only increase in our lifetimes.

Great leaders understand their role in creating, communicating, leading and sustaining positive change.

In this virtual workshop, participants will have the opportunity to:

  • Recognize natural human reactions to change: desire AND resistance
  • Identify four critical elements of change: Define, Assess, Communicate & Reinforce
  • Evaluate change examples (improve and sustain)
  • Assess leading change effectiveness
  • Activity: Identify individual change leadership opportunity & complete an action plan
