Thank you for joining the 10 Day Engagement Challenge!

Here’s what will happen next:

  • Reminder – We’ll send a reminder email the week prior the January 31 launch. The reminder will be sent to the email address you used to purchase your registration.
  • Launch – On January 31, we’ll send your first email at (or close to) 7am CST. The email will have a link to your daily challenge video, a challenge question and a discussion thread to interact with the other challenge participants. You’ll receive a daily challenge email each week day morning between January 31 and February 11.
  • Whitelist – Each daily email will come from You should have no trouble receiving it, but may want to double check with your organization’s IT team to make sure the address “” is whitelisted and that the domain “” is not blocked by the internal firewall.

If You Do Not Receive an Email

Please begin by checking your junk or spam folder as external emails are sometimes filtered there. A link to each day’s video is also included in the digital workbook so you can participate even without receiving the daily emails.

If You Need to Register Multiple Participants

If you purchased multiple registrations, here’s how to register your additional participants:

  • Submit Roster – Please submit a roster of participants using this roster template and email it to Please include your order number in the email. *REMEMBER* to please double-check the spelling of each email address – if it is incorrect, the participant will not receive the Engagement Challenge notifications!
  • Notify Extra Participants – Please let your extra participants know about the Engagement Challenge – one easy way is to just copy & paste this message in an email.

If You Would Like to Register Additional Participants

If you would like to register additional participants, you can do this in two ways:

  • Individual Registration – You can send them a note with a link to the 10 Day Engagement Challenge registration page and invite them to purchase a spot.
  • Group Registration – You can return to the registration page and purchase multiple additional spots, and submit an additional registration list using the roster template above.
